Return Policy

At Print Each Day, we have a 30-day return policy (from date purchased).

Returns

Photo magnets are non-returnable and non-refundable unless there is a defect in materials or workmanship.

If you believe there is a defect in your custom-made magnets, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to initiate a return or exchange process.

Return Process

  1. Please send an email to hello@printeachday.com to initiate a return or exchange. 
  2. Provide your order number and details of the issue with the custom-made magnets.
  3. We will assess your request and provide instructions for returning the item if applicable.

Conditions for Return

Photo magnets must be returned in their original packaging and in unused condition.

Any personalized or custom elements of the magnets cannot be altered or modified.

Refund Processing Time

Refunds will only be issued for photo magnets if there is a confirmed defect in materials or workmanship.

Once the return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed to the original method of payment. Please note that while we issue refunds immediately upon processing your return, the timing for the refunded amount to reflect in your account can vary. For credit card transactions, it typically takes between 3-5 business days. For refunds to a bank account, please allow up to 7-10 business days. These timeframes are estimates and depend on  your bank or credit card company's policies. We appreciate your patience and understanding during this process. 

Exchanges

Once you return is accepted, you can place a new order. 

Shipping Costs 

Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning photo magnets, unless the return is due to a defect in materials or workmanship.
